Your business evolves, and your plan should too. That’s why upgrading or downgrading is as simple as a few clicks in Settings. No waiting for support, no surprise charges – just straightforward control over what you pay for.

You can manage your subscription directly from your Echosum account. Click your profile icon in the top right corner, select “Settings,” and navigate to the “Billing” tab. From there, click “Manage Subscription” to open the customer portal.
The customer portal gives you full control over your account. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, add or remove team seats, update your payment method, and view or download past invoices. If you decide to cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
If you need to add more team members, head to Settings, then Team, and click “Add Seat.” Each additional seat is billed according to your current plan.
